Installation and start up Services

AVA installs and commissions equipment on site, from a single machine to a central vacuum or compressed-air system complete with piping, control panels and monitoring. Every scope is load-tested, measured and accepted together with the customer.

• Site survey, pipe pressure-drop calculation, machine layout and cooling/ventilation proposal.
• Foundations, piping, valves, receivers, condensate drains and control panels.
• Shaft alignment, vibration checks, inverter configuration and operating parameter set-up.
• Load commissioning, operator training and hand-over of technical files and acceptance records.
