WE'RE HIRING SALES & OFFICE ADMIN

 

Job Description:

 

  • Managing administration work in office: track stock of office supplies and place orders, book flight tickets, and accommodation for staff’s travel, process office utility bills and expenses (electric, telephone…) on a monthly basis…
  • Manage and communicate information, letters, documents and parcels to departments, customers and partners
  • Carry out payment documents for the Director and office expenses
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee annual leave records and monthly attendance record
  • Handling all administrative aspects of sales: quotes, orders, contracts and payment documents with customers...
  • Update and compare sales, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports
  • Handling customer requests via email, phone and emailing newsletters to potential customers
  • Handle customer requests via email and phone
  • Maintain records and customer information
  • Sourcing for purchase materials locally or overseas
  • Other relevant tasks

 

Requirement

 

  • General Administrative skill
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to take the stress and meet the deadline
  • Speaking: Vietnamese is a must and moderate English
  • Writing/Reading: Able to read and write Vietnamese and English
  • Willing to work hard and stay late if work requires
  • Able to use office software, Excel, Word, Photoshop and Powerpoint

 

Educational

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or foreign trade or related field
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable

Others:

 

  • Probation: 2 months
  • Working time: Monday – Saturday morning. 8h30 am – 12h00 pm, 13h00 pm – 17h30 pm
  • Other allowances:
