Repair – Overhaul

The AVA service workshop repairs and overhauls vacuum pumps, blowers and air compressors of every brand commonly used in Vietnam. Each machine is assessed before quotation, rebuilt with genuine parts and load-tested before hand-over.

• Inspection and diagnosis: vacuum/pressure, vibration, current and temperature measurement with root-cause analysis.
• Overhaul: strip down, cleaning, clearance measurement, replacement of bearings, seals, vanes and filters, dynamic balancing and alignment.
• Mechanical restoration, replacement of airend, motor or gearbox according to actual condition.
• Load testing, before/after data records and warranty on the work performed.
