Typical problems on the plant floor

Pick-and-place, machine tending, labelling and visual inspection are hard to staff long term: the work is repetitive, includes night shifts, and both output and defect rate depend on the individual operator. At the same time an existing line rarely has room for a large industrial robot with its safety fencing.

What AVA proposes

Dobot builds small and medium collaborative robots: the CR/CRA series for pick-and-place and machine tending, MG400 for very tight spaces, the M1 SCARA for fast assembly, plus an education range for schools and institutes. A collaborative robot works next to the operator, so the floor layout does not have to change; AVA installs it, programs the actual task and trains the plant team to adjust the program themselves.
