2.  Working principle of vacuum pump.

Working principle of vacuum pump

When the motor rotates (vane, rotor...) the pump chamber reaches the centrifugal force that will pull and push the air from the environment to be sucked into the pump.

Next, the air will pass through the back pump chamber to the discharge port to go out. This cycle is operated continuously in a closed loop to prevent vacuum leakage, and at the same time to help increase the suction process, until the space to be vacuumed reaches a certain vacuum as required.

During a working cycle, when the volume in the cavity increases, this is when the pump sucks the water/oil liquid with air, steam. This mixture follows the volume change of the cavity and is gradually compressed and pushed out of the pump outlet. Here the air and liquid will be separated. The engine will be sealed and cooled by oil or air, water depending on the characteristics of the pump.
