DOBOT Atom – Max

 

The DOBOT Atom Max is an advanced humanoid robot built for robotics research and industrial automation, equipped with 41 degrees of freedom for highly flexible movement and interaction. It features sophisticated 6-DoF robotic hands, a 60FPS Full HD camera system, and Intel RealSense D455 depth-sensing technology to enhance visual perception and spatial awareness.

An optional Embodied AI package further expands its capabilities by offering accurate URDF models, open-source training frameworks, and multi-modal data utilities that help streamline AI model development and testing. The Atom Max also supports immersive VR/MR teleoperation through markerless motion tracking, alongside dual operation modes for both full-body and segmented control. These functions are driven by a powerful 1500 TOPS AI computing module, enabling fast real-time edge processing.

Designed with sub-millimeter accuracy and full 360-degree environmental perception, the platform helps simplify AI robotics development while supporting demanding applications such as precision manufacturing, intelligent manipulation, and advanced locomotion research.

DOBOT Atom - Trainer

 

The DOBOT Atom Trainer is a 29-DoF robotic platform developed for embodied AI research and training, offering optional configurations with either 6-DoF dexterous robotic hands or standard grippers. It is equipped with Full HD binocular cameras positioned at a human-eye baseline to deliver more natural visual perception and reduce motion discomfort during operation. For spatial sensing and navigation, the system integrates an Intel RealSense D455 depth camera with a sensing range of up to 6 meters, together with a 360-degree LiDAR system for enhanced environmental mapping and awareness.

Powered by a 1500 TOPS edge AI computing module, the Atom Trainer supports high-speed real-time data processing and intelligent control. Additional wrist-mounted cameras improve accuracy during detailed manipulation tasks, while waist-mounted cameras assist with obstacle recognition and movement safety.

The platform supports both full-body and segmented teleoperation modes, making it suitable for desktop-scale AI training, robotics research, and industrial task development. It also includes a built-in end-to-end operational model that enables users to quickly upload new datasets and efficiently train or deploy customized AI models for their own applications.

The DOBOT Atom D – Data Collection is a robotic platform specifically designed for large-scale data acquisition and AI training applications. It features dual 7-DoF robotic arms and a 2-DoF head structure, allowing flexible movement and precise operation during data collection tasks. The system also supports customizable end-effectors, including dexterous robotic hands, grippers, and wrist-mounted cameras to adapt to different research and industrial requirements.

For advanced visual perception, the platform integrates an Intel RealSense D455 depth camera with a sensing range of up to 6 meters, along with a 60FPS Full HD binocular camera system that delivers stable, high-quality imaging while helping reduce motion discomfort in VR/MR environments.

In addition, the Atom D supports Ethernet connectivity to enable efficient external data transmission, storage, and processing, making it highly suitable for AI dataset generation, robotic learning, and intelligent automation development.
