Information about Elmo Rietschle

Oil lubricated vane vacuum pump with 7.5 HP, 60Hz, 3 phase, 230/460V, integrated silencer and connection 2” NPT, 141 SCFM, Max Vacuum 29.91” HgV.

New improved oil-lubricated rotary vane pump from Gardner Denver. Sleek, modern design with smooth surfaces for easier cleaning and service use. Features an improved cooling system with optimized heat extraction allowing for less oil needed and fewer filters. In addition to having a smaller and lighter design. The VCS 200 also becomes quieter in operation with the LOWEST sound pressure level available on the market at 71dB.

Models are also available in an XD (Heavy Duty) rating for Wet Applications and include chemically resistant plastic vanes, extended and adjustable gas ballasts, and metal float valves. This model replaces the VC 200/VC 202 model.

Includes: special alloy vane, back pressure gauge, air ballast valve, non-return valve, drain separator and elements, and initial oil fill.

Oil lubricated vanes are found in a wide variety of applications with a wide range of flow rates and deep vacuum depths.

* Adapters are available to retrofit VCS with identical dimensions from foot position to suction flange for easy replacement of VC 200 / VC 202 *
