Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Automation & Digital Solutions Team Lead to lead our automation engineering team and drive the delivery of smart factory, SCADA, Industrial IoT, and Intelligent Air Management System (IAMS) projects.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management, customer-facing presentation skills, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Automation Engineering Team.
- Manage automation, SCADA, Industrial IoT, robotics, and digitalization projects.
- Design and review automation architectures, electrical control systems, and software solutions.
- Lead turnkey SCADA and factory facility monitoring projects from concept to commissioning.
- Drive AVA's Intelligent Air Management System (IAMS) and utility monitoring solutions for air compressors, vacuum pumps, and factory utilities.
- Support sales teams with technical proposals, solution design, and customer presentations.
- Conduct technical training for customers, sales personnel, and engineers.
- Deliver project commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.
Requirements
- Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of industrial automation experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial communication networks, VFDs, robotics, and Industrial IoT.
- Experience in factory utilities, air compressors, vacuum systems, or energy management is an advantage.
- Strong project management, communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Good command of Vietnamese & English.
