AVA supplies vacuum pump spare parts and accessories. AVA supplies Busch VM100 vacuum pump oil, and other vacuum pump oils.
BUSCH oil is designed for most vacuum pumps on the market and is particularly recommended for Busch pumps. The BUSCH mineral oil for vacuum pumps, type VM100, is recommended for all types of vacuum pump.

1. THE BUSCH OIL MANUFACTURER
Long renowned worldwide for quality vacuum pump equipment, Busch also manufactures accessories for Busch vacuum pumps. Among them, Busch VM100 vacuum pump oil sells in high volumes around the world.
In Vietnam, Busch oil is imported and used in oil-sealed vacuum pumps for lubrication, sealing and cooling.
2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Busch VM100 is a product with a high viscosity index, so the change in viscosity is relatively small as temperature varies. Thanks to its good oxidation stability, Busch VM100 is suitable for use at high temperatures. Busch VM100 therefore has a longer service life than conventional oils. Busch VM100 has excellent water separation. Water in the oil, resulting from condensation, can drain away easily. Corrosion is therefore prevented and the oil retains its lubricating properties.

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF BUSCH VM 100 VACUUM PUMP OIL
With the advantage of being a product from the renowned Busch vacuum pump supplier, Busch vacuum oil offers outstanding strengths. Busch VM100 oil has all the properties required of a high-quality vacuum oil.
Busch VM100 vacuum oil separates water to expel it, preventing water from reducing the viscosity and improving lubrication. The oil is also used at high temperatures where evaporation must be avoided, and it has a long service life.
The strengths of Busch VM100 vacuum pump oil:
Key features: extremely low vapour pressure, suitable viscosity and good viscosity-temperature characteristics, good thermal and oxidation stability, strong corrosion and emulsification resistance, high flash point.
1, excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability, maximising the oil's service cycle.
2, low carbon-forming tendency, effectively preventing the formation of sludge and carbon deposits.
3, low vapour pressure and volatility, ensuring the appropriate vacuum level in the vacuum pump.
4, excellent extreme-pressure anti-wear protection, anti-foaming and good air release.
It is precisely these outstanding characteristics that have made VM100 vacuum pump oil so quickly popular.
4. NOTES ON USING BUSCH VM 100 OIL
To keep the vacuum pump running efficiently with little oil wasted, users should take care to use Busch VM100 vacuum oil correctly. Users may wish to follow these usage guidelines and notes:
- Choose genuine Busch VM100 vacuum oil
- Store it properly and keep dust and foreign matter out of the vacuum oil container
- Change the vacuum oil on schedule, every 500h - 600h
- Use an oil filter together with a vacuum oil separator to keep further foreign matter and dust out of the oil chamber.
5. HOW TO CHANGE BUSCH VM 100 VACUUM OIL
During servicing of an oil-sealed vacuum pump, the oil should be changed on schedule. To replace the old oil with new vacuum pump oil, AVA technicians will advise on the correct oil change procedure:
- Isolate the vacuum pump system's power supply and assess the oil residue
- Drain the old oil from the pump through the drain valve on the oil reservoir
- Clean the oil chamber if it contains dirt or black deposits
- Close the drain plug
- Open the filler cap
- Add new oil to the pump
