The fixed speed rotary vane air compressor range offers exceptional flexibility and reliability. This rotary compressor is small compared with any comparable compressor in the industry. Slow-speed drive operation together with the moving assembly produces a high-efficiency machine with little or no loss of power. Maintenance costs are reduced thanks to the simple construction, and the service and repair items on this compressor are grouped by component.

III. Components of the rotary vane air compressor.
1. Quality
Every component fitted to a Gardner Denver compressed air system is tested and approved by the factory's world-class engineering team. Counterfeit products do not meet OEM specifications and often create operating problems the supplier is unable to resolve.

2. Efficiency and service life
Energy consumption accounts for around 86% of the cost of buying and running an air compressor over the first 5 years. Using the right components and replacing them at the right time prevents wasted power in producing the compressed air your production needs. Dirty, poor-quality filters increase pressure loss and energy use across your compressed air system.
Beyond efficiency, poor filters and separators are a very large factor in shortening the life of your air compressor. Poor filters and separators let more contaminants into your compressor. Once those contaminants reach the critical parts of the compressor, the result is a shorter machine life, leading to replacement with a new machine.
