1. Series QCT and QCB cylinders with integrated guide
These actuators, suitable for use in very confined spaces, are available in two versions:
QCT version: with bronze bushings, suitable where the load on the cylinder is high.
QCB version: with linear ball bearings, suitable for fast, high-precision applications.
Both versions are fitted with fixed cushioning to avoid direct impact against the end caps. The cylinder body design allows mounting from the top, the bottom or the side. Several "T" slots on two faces allow sensors to be fitted in a number of positions. Non-standard designs are available only on customer request.

2. Series QCTF and QCBF cylinders with integrated guide
These cylinders are designed for applications where space is restricted. The bearings and slide are available in two versions, one with bronze bushings (Mod. QCTF) and one with linear ball bearings (Mod. QCBF). The QCTF version is normally chosen when the load applied to the slide block is high. The QCBF model suits fast cycles (with lighter loads) and higher precision.
End cushioning is available in three different forms:
A. Fixed mechanical cushioning (standard).
B. With two shock absorbers mounted on the body.
C. With one shock absorber mounted centrally on the rear flange.
Versions B and C are suitable for handling larger mass forces or where stroke adjustment is required.

3. Series QX twin cylinders
The series QX twin cylinder offers a wide range of solutions covering a large number of applications requiring guided linear movement. The twin piston design not only provides firm, effective guidance but also delivers double the force of the compact type. Where strong force with precise movement is needed, together with a non-rotating function and integrated guidance, the QX cylinder is the ideal solution.
It comes in two guide versions, with bronze bushings or with linear ball bearings.
