Technical specifications for Camozzi's non-standardised pneumatic cylinders
1. Series 14 compact cylinders
The series 14 single-acting compact cylinder is designed for installation in very tight spaces. The design allows the cylinders to be fitted into blocks within the machine using the threads built into the cylinder.
All compact cylinders are supplied with a super-rapid fitting for ø 4 tubing or with an M5 thread. They are available in two versions, with a threaded or unthreaded piston rod.

2. Series 27 round cylinders
Series 27 cylinders are designed to keep the cylinder dimensions as small as possible. They are built using stainless steel for both the barrel and the rod, and aluminium for the end blocks.
The choice of materials and other design features have made it possible to create a flexible and reliable range of cylinders. The precise method of fixing the barrel to the end block ensures that all parts are perfectly aligned. Mechanical cushioning is fitted to these cylinders to reduce the noise caused by the piston striking the end blocks. Series 27 cylinders are suitable for use with magnetic sensors. The various mounting accessories allow the cylinders to be installed to suit the requirements of a particular application.

3. Series 42 cylinders
Series 42 cylinders are designed without tie rods to give an exceptionally balanced construction. Stainless steel is used for the barrel and the rod, while the end caps are anodised aluminium. These cylinders are normally fitted with adjustable end-of-stroke cushioning and with mechanical cushioning to make the piston impact quieter as it reaches the end of its stroke.
