5. Series 6PF cylinders with position feedback
The Series 6PF pneumatic actuator is fitted with a potentiometric linear position transducer integrated inside the piston rod. This type of cylinder allows continuous monitoring of the rod position along the entire stroke, read as a change in resistance inside the probe. The pistons are fitted with a permanent magnet allowing end-of-stroke sensors to be used.
Thanks to the electrical connection, made with an M12 connector at the rear end, these cylinders meet IP67 protection standards. The Series 6 6PF cylinder conforms to ISO 15552 and can be assembled with the full range of standard accessories. Bores run from 50 mm to 125 mm with standard strokes from 50 mm to 500 mm in 50 mm increments. Its sturdy design, flexible mounting and high performance make the Series 6PF suitable for positioning applications and for filling, cutting and measuring systems.

Characteristics:
- Conforms to ISO 15552 and the former DIN / ISO 6431 - VDMA 24562 standards
- Chrome-plated steel rod
- IP67 protection
- Minimum sliding speed 5 mm/s
- Minimum breakaway pressure <0.1 bar
- G variant for dusty applications (cement, resin, slurry, wood dust, etc.)
- ATEX version available
6. Series 63 cylinders to ISO 15552
The Series 63 pneumatic cylinder has been developed to deliver high performance and flexibility. Thanks to the new adjustable pneumatic cushioning system, the cylinders always ensure the best regulation while considerably reducing the noise caused by the piston striking the end block.
Alongside the standard version, which can be used in many fields, specific solutions have been developed for applications such as food processing, agriculture, tensioning systems, dosing and winding. There are also versions for demanding application environments, able to withstand extreme temperatures, corrosion and so on.

- 25% lower weight
- Low noise
- More precise, with good cushioning regulation
- Flexible
- Low friction
- Smooth movement (low speed)
- High and low temperature
- Corrosion resistant
- Food and beverage
- Oil-free operation
- Dirty and dusty environments

7. Series 32 compact magnetic cylinders
Thanks to its compactness, the Series 32 cylinder is suitable for installation in confined spaces. Conforming to ISO 21287, the series 32 has the advantage that it can be used with mountings and accessories conforming to the other standards DIN / ISO 6431 / VDMA 24562 (Series 60/61).

Characteristics:
- Conforms to ISO 21287
- Compact design
- Many variants available in different diameters
8. Series 32 compact cylinders, Tandem and multi-position versions
Thanks to their compactness, the Series 32 Tandem and Multi-position cylinders are suitable for installation in confined spaces and can be used with the same mounting elements as other standard DIN / ISO 6431 / VDMA 24562 cylinders (Series 60/61). The Tandem version delivers twice the thrust of a conventional cylinder (standard pull force), while the multi-position version can reach up to three positions with a single cylinder.

Characteristics:
- Conforms to ISO 21287
- Compact design
- Many variants available in different diameters
9. Series 45 anti-rotation guide units
The Series 45 guide unit can be used with all DIN / ISO 6432 ø12 ÷ ø25 cylinders and with ISO 15552 and the former DIN / ISO 6431 ø32 ÷ ø100 cylinders. They have been developed to prevent the piston rod rotating and can support radial loads.
The Series 45 guide unit is available in three different types depending on the applied load. The UT and HT guides have self-lubricating bushings, while the HB guide has a ball bushing. To ensure the correct choice of load in relation to stroke, please refer to the graph. The shorter the stroke, the higher the applicable load.
