The L55-L75 lubricated screw compressor covers a power range from 55 kW to 75 kW and includes fixed speed and regulated speed (RS) models. The new compressors deliver an efficiency improvement of up to 6% compared with the previous models, plus a 7% higher flow rate. Available in both fixed speed and regulated speed versions, they can significantly reduce the total investment cost of the system, and air-cooled and water-cooled options are available.

2. Design of the L55-L75 lubricated screw compressor
The compressor is fitted with a premium high-efficiency electric motor, upgradeable to an ultra energy-efficient IE4 motor.
RS (regulated speed) handles the varying compressed air demands of most factory air systems efficiently. The compressor combines quality components such as a high-efficiency separator, a large aftercooler surface and a thermally controlled fan for the motor.
The design concept is based not only on energy efficiency but also on high availability and low maintenance cost. The machine's components are therefore easy to access. Reducing the number of moving parts helps lower servicing and maintenance costs.

With detailed system analysis shown as trend charts and graphs, operating parameters can be set precisely to maximise efficiency.
