The V-Series from Elmo Rietschle
Oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps are used in many industrial applications. There is a wide choice of large oil-sealed vacuum pumps to suit industrial vacuum duties.

1. 1. V-VC vacuum pump range
1.1 Advantages:
- Vacuum pumpoil-flooded rotary vane
- Flange-mounted motor.
- Bearings on both sides of the rotor.
- Oil / air heat exchanger as standard.
- Sizes 150 and above come with a fine mesh filter, vacuum non-return valve, gas ballast valve, protective cover and oil separator as standard.
- IV version for industrial vacuum
- XD version for heavy duty applications suited to wet processes.
1.2 Technical characteristics:
- Flow rate from 40 to 1,535 m³/h
- Flow rate from 23.5 to 902.9 cfm
- Ultimate vacuum 0.1 mbar (abs)

2. V-VCB vacuum pump range
2.1 Advantages:
- Vacuum pumpoil-flooded rotary vane.
- Designed specifically for installation in small vacuum packaging machines.
- Flange-mounted motor, bearings on both sides of the rotor.
- Air cooled.
- Fitted as standard with a fine mesh filter, vacuum non-return valve and oil separator.
2.2 Technical characteristics:
- Flow rate from 20 to 26.5 m³/h
- Flow rate from 11.8 to 15.6 cfm
- Ultimate vacuum 2 mbar (abs)

3. V-VCA / V-VCE vacuum pump range
3.1 Advantages:
V-VCA:
- Vacuum pumpoil-flooded rotary vane
- Flange-mounted motor
- Bearings on both sides of the rotor
- Air cooled
- Fitted as standard with a fine mesh filter, vacuum non-return valve, gas ballast valve and oil separator.
V-VCE:
- Oil-flooded rotary vane vacuum pump
- Flange-mounted motor
- Bearings on both sides of the rotor
- Oil / air heat exchanger as standard
- Fitted as standard with a fine mesh filter, vacuum non-return valve, gas ballast valve, protective cover and oil separator.
3.2 Technical characteristics:
- Flow rate from 25 to 30 m³/h
- Flow rate from 14.7 to 17.6 cfm
- Ultimate vacuum 0.5 mbar (abs) for the VCA
- Ultimate vacuum 10 mbar (abs) for the VCE

4. V-VGD vacuum pump range
4.1 Advantages:
- Vacuum pumpoil-flooded rotary vane.
- Maximum vacuum down to 1.5 mbar (abs.)
- Needs little space thanks to the oversized rotor design and integrated motor.
- Fitted as standard with a fine mesh filter, vacuum non-return valve and oil separator.
- Quiet running.
4.2 Technical characteristics:
- Flow rate from 10 to 24 m³/h
- Flow rate from 5.9 to 14.1 cfm
- The ultimate vacuum can be selected by the operator, best case: 2 mbar (abs).

5. 5. V-VCS vacuum pump range
5.1 Advantages:
- Reduced size and weight
- Less heat radiated and less noise
- Lower maintenance requirements.
- Reduced oil consumption also combines to make this our most environmentally friendly oil-lubricated machine
- Designed for the OEM market, the new VCS model can easily be retrofitted to most machines.
5.2 Technical characteristics:
- Flow rate from 200 to 360 m³/h.
- Maximum vacuum 0.5 mbar (abs.).
- Noise emission as low as 67 dB (A).
- Weight without motor 100 kg.
- IE3 and IE4 motors available: 4 kW, 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW on request.
- Fitted as standard with a flange-mounted motor.
- Bearings on both sides of the rotor.
- Oil / air heat exchanger, fine mesh filter, vacuum non-return valve on the suction side, gas ballast valve, protective cover and oil separator as standard.
- XD versions with high water vapour tolerance and high solvent resistance are also available.
